Section Header
Not all punchboards have section headers like the one featured above. Most boards have a standard price for all punches, regardless of their color or location on the board. Having a higher price for a "premium" set of holes is an interesting variation on the standard punchboard theme, and makes this board a bit more interesting to a collector.
